Why I recommend these
Expert verdict
The Salomon QST 98 Skis are a fantastic choice for those who love versatility on the slopes. With a 98mm waist, these skis are perfect for tackling everything from groomers to powder. The C/FX Carbon-Flax fiber and Cork Damplifier tips and tails make them lightweight yet stable, ensuring smooth rides even on challenging terrains. I love how they handle tight trees and rock-infested steeps with ease, and they're even a great hybrid backcountry option. However, they might not be the best for those who prefer strictly groomed runs. Overall, if you're looking for a playful yet powerful all-mountain ski, the QST 98 is a top contender for a true one-ski quiver.
