More power and more control with less energy. The Lange Shadow 120 MV ski boots bring a new level of power transfer, vibration absorption and comfort to all-mountain skiing. Our Assisted Performance System amplifies your input to the boot through the mechanical advantage of our Dual Pivot and Suspension Blade technology. The design boosts input by up to 26%, giving you more power and control with less energy. The boot's clean, consistent flex is combined with increased shock absorption through the shell for enhanced snow feel and contact. Like a full suspension bike, the combination lets you ski longer and more efficiently. Together with a 120-rated flex, this boot gives advanced and expert skiers a strong platform for ripping across the whole mountain. At 100mm wide, our medium-volume last complements the thermoformable liner to offer all-day comfort.

Ideal for
- The Lange Shadow is a boot for skiers who want a stiff boot, but a comfortable and precise boot.
- The Shadow's Assisted Performance System creates a very approachable and user-friendly stiff boot.
- The Suspension Blade redefines how the top and bottom of the boot shell fit together, allowing for much more suspension and a very smooth ride.
Not ideal for
- The Flex on the Shadow is unlike any other boot on the market, so there is a learning curve when transitioning from another boot.
- The Shadow is more about precision and ease than brawn, so highly aggressive skiers may want to look elsewhere.

I have been looking for skis for this upcoming winter, but honestly, i'm a rookie & had some (alot) of questions. I wanted to learn a little about what gear was recommended to me, and why it was selected- not because I didn't trust it- but, because I like to understand the thought process that goes into it! It's just the way I process things. But, Thomas was patient & happily explained everything to me. I also am horribly inconsistent with my response times, and regardless of when I messaged, he always responded in a matter of minutes. I feel like sometimes when I go shopping in person and someone is helping me, I feel pressured to take their recommendation, and like I have to buy something- so using curated was a lot more appealing to me, and I cannot recommend it enough!

Mad respect for Chris who went the extra mile to find me the perfect fit. Every recommendation was followed up with a thorough comparison of all my options and what made them stand out from each other. He even recorded videos, dude. Really, what more could you ask for. And still he’s not the type to try to convince you that somethings great. He just offers up all the facts to let you sit back and feel things out for yourself. Super friendly, reassuring, and will never leave you hanging. I came back to Chris for new recommendations after ghosting him for an entire season and it felt like picking up where you left off with an old friend. Super knowledgeable about the sport and how certain brands will cater to your riding style. Really appreciated that he didn’t recommend the same style of board over and over from different brands. Since he tossed up boards that had a lot of differing features he helped me find something I hadn’t considered before and taught me so much about snowboarding along the way.
