After competing in US Brewer’s Cup Preliminaries with this brewer, I must say that this is my favorite pour-over brewer, with a caveat: it must be slightly modified to be made perfect. Matthew was so helpful. I had no idea how complicated shopping for an espresso machine would be, and before I knew it, I was in over my head. When I found Curated, and was connected with Matthew- he distilled it all down for me. I told him what I wanted based on what I'd learned and the amount of time I could put into making a great espresso.
