Great bindings for a great price

Good Bindings, but having trouble with the buckles
Originally posted at www.now-snowboarding.com on Apr 4, 2023Really love the bindings, but my left ankle buckle crank just flops around now. I think a spring in the buckle is broken. Still works but not ideal. My left toe strap buckle also has problems, as the spring in it is also weak and now I have to push down on the buckle to get it to properly grab the strap. I’ve had the binds for over 2 years now so I’m a little surprised that they are breaking. Really love the puck system and the skate tech though,

He's extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of snowboarding (female/male gear, beginner/expert, mobility restrictions, etc.). He listened to all my concerns and questions and responded in a timely manner each time! He even checked up on me and asked to help me through the process of making a choice in gear. He never tried to up sell me or force me into something I didn't like/the more expensive or newer version. He only made recommendations based on my specific needs and wants. For which, I am extremely grateful. He was an absolute delight to chat with and discuss snowboarding (amongst other topics). I've never felt so confident in my snowboarding gear. I appreciate all the help I've gotten from Rick. I will absolutely be seeking his expertise in the future when it comes to this sport!

I mean, have you heard of Vince. Cause if you haven’t then boy oh boy, you truly are missing out. This dude was by far the best curator/beautiful human I have ever encountered through my telephone screen. Words can’t describe the joy he brought me along with his amazing smile. I mean are we serious. Having this man answer questions behind a phone screen is a disservice to humanity. This guy needs a ginormous raise or a massive promotion to become the spokesperson for this company. I’d invite him to my wedding if I was to ever have one. Dude definitely has a future in owning his own company or just being an all around amazing dude. We need more Vince’s in the world cause to be honest there truly just are not enough. Ben was incredible to work with in selecting my first pair of skis. He was able to not only demonstrate immense amounts of knowledge on skiing and Taylor fitting equipment to my particular level of keys, but was also extremely caring and patient with helping me feel reassured in picking the right key for me. Ben was responsive and always was open to answering any question that I had about each ski no matter how trivial which made me feel confident and excited about the choice that I ended up picking then is extremely thoughtful and I would highly recommend working with this incredible expert.

You know when a ski isn’t quite right and one you used to have was perfect? Well, I used a lot of words that I’m not sure are used to describe skiing, and he completely understood me. The road led back to a brand I love and a ski that seemed to be the new and improved version of one that I lost years ago. Although I was ultimately ready to spend whatever it took to find the best ski, he worked with me for all ranges… full price and sales. I feel I was able to make an educated decision. His written description of the skis were all super helpful. I can’t wait to get these babies under foot.
