The Line Vision 98 is for the skier who wants a lightweight ski that is great for touring. It’s a playful and forgiving touring ski.
Paulownia maple core – A combo of Paulownia and Maple gives the ski a lively and energetic feel for something so light. It is great for a skier who wants a playful feel for their backcountry skiing.
THC construction – A proprietary combination of Aramid, Fiberglass, and Carbon create a super lightweight laminate that offers an unmatched dampness for the weight.
Soft flex – Easy to turn and great for playing. This ski is forgiving but will not be the most stable option at high speeds.
RCR construction – Rocker in the tip and tail makes for easy turn initiation and good flotation in powder. The camber underfoot helps maintain edge hold and stability at speed when the snow firms up.
98mm underfoot – Wide enough to handle powder but thin enough to maneuver well on the skin track and keep the weight low.
This is a really fun, all-mountain option. The Visions are very similar to the Sick Day, but slightly lighter and more playful. The 98mm width range will be great for some all-mountain shredding, keeping you on top of any wet, heavy snow when you venture off groomers, but also making this ski easy to carve and rippable on any type of terrain you find yourself in.
