However this channel system mount provides infinite stance, angle adjustment, and some of the best board feel on the market. This allows the rider to feel the flex of the board and receive great feedback from what's going on under their feet. Thes bindings have some of the best ankle straps in the business for a locked-in feel without too much pressure. Good responsiveness for quick turn initiation and ability to lock in a carve. They've also got some really good shock absorption.

The Ride A series bindings have an aluminum base and heel cup and are among the most durable on the market. That aluminum base will last forever, but does add some weight and riders will feel more vibration than bindings made of nylon and composite. The A-4 has a soft/medium flex with a stiff base and really flexy highback. This provides some pretty good responsiveness, as well as maneuverability. Solid bindings for the more mellow all-mountain rider who wants durability above all else.

The Ultra is new to the Union line-up and is basically the discontinued Contact Pros on steroids. The Ultra has a medium flex that provides tweakability, butter, and press performance, and also some good responsiveness to get a little aggressive on jumps when needed. The Molecular Brushing and TPE Outsole provide top-end shock absorption and springy pop, paired with the MiniDisc which provides an outstanding board feel. With these two features, thee bindings provide an amazing combination of board feel and responsiveness. Some of the best freestyle bindings on the market for the experienced rider.

Burton stiffened up the Cartel for the more aggressive riders. The Cartel X has a medium/stiff flex with great responsiveness for quick turn initiation and power transfer. The Atlas is Union's big-mountain freeride bindings with a stiffer flex and outstanding responsiveness. They have the Stage 7 Duraflex CB Baseplate that is ultra strong and stiff, and Stage 14 Duraflex highback that is stiff but has enough flex to add comfort and maneuverability. The carbon forged gas pedal adds extra responsiveness to already responsive bindings and top-level shock absorption. The new Exoframe 5.0 ankle strap is the best in the business and provides a locked-in feel. Lots of adjustabilities to fine-tune to the preferences of the rider. These are the perfect bindings for the skilled hard-charging freerider.

Stiff bindings with outstanding responsiveness for quick turn initiation and power transfer. These are perfect for high-speed, steep lines, big air, and hard carves. They're quite durable and comfortable bindings with a great mix of shock absorption and board feel.

The Formulas are solid all-mountain bindings with a medium/stiff flex that provide some pretty good responsiveness for more aggressive riding but still have enough flex for some good maneuverability. They are pretty simple and straightforward with a lot of padding underfoot, providing great shock absorption. There's a lot of adjustability with these with tool-less strap adjustment, highback rotation, and adjustable gas pedal. However, these do really lack board feel and don't get much base flex out of them, so they're not good for butters, presses, jibs and tweaking grabs Overall, they're good bindings for the more aggressive all-mountain rider.

The Ride C series bindings use a composite base with an aluminum heel cup. They are quite durable and absorb shock better than their aluminum base counterpart. These have a stiffer base that provides good responsiveness, and some good flex in the highback for maneuverability, making these pretty versatile bindings for the all-mountain rider. They are heavier than most bindings but really damp with good shock absorption They have great adjustability with an adjustable gas pedal, straps, heel cup, and highback rotation, so riders can really dial these into preferred style.

Bombproof bindings with a medium/stiff flex that provides great responsiveness. The base is stiff and really locks the rider in for quick turns and great carving performance. The highback has some extra flex for maneuverability, so riders will get really good all-mountain versatility out of these. Full disc with padding provides great shock absorption for a damp feel. These have a pretty good board feel, but won't match the board feel or base flex of bindings with a minidisc, so they're not the best option for butters, presses, and tweaks. Great for the more aggressive all-mountain rider who only takes the occasional park lap.

The selling point for Now bindings is the Skate Tech that acts like trucks on a skateboard to improve responsiveness without the bindings being overly stiff. The Skate Tech does work to provide some good responses despite Pilot's having only a medium flex. Therefore, riders are able to really tweak, butter, press with these, and still lock in an edge for a carve. Now bindings are the most shock-absorbing on the market but lack any kind of board feel. You can swap out bushings to affect performance but not much for adjustability.

The Nesta is for the all-mountain rider looking for the ultimate comfort. They have a soft/medium flex that will work for riders of all skill levels. The Blaster Baseplate provides a stable base with outstanding shock absorption and the highback has a lot of flex for ultimate maneuverability. The highback also has an asymmetrical shape and is pre-rotated for extra comfort. Canted footbeds and low-profile straps that conform to the boot add extra comfort. The Nesta's don't have as much responsiveness as other binding options, so they're not a good choice for the hard-charging rider. Instead, they're more ideal for the more mellow and freestyle-focused rider.

The Flux GS is great for the more experienced and aggressive rider who wants versatile all-mountain bindings with outstanding responsiveness. The GS has a stiff base that provides a lot of power and some flex in the highback for extra maneuverability. The straps on these bindings are as good as they get and provide a really locked-in feel that sits high on the boot, and provide extra responsiveness for aggressive riding. These have really good board feel, but they do lack shock absorption and the rider will feel vibrations and feedback when riding.

The Lexa X is a beefed-up version of the Lexa for the more aggressive riders who need a lot of responsiveness. Medium/stiff flex and a stiff highback that really transfers power well for quick turn initiation. The Burton ReFlex system provides an outstanding combo of shock absorption and board feel, so riders will get some versatility out of these! Overall, Really high quality and comfortable freestyle option for the lady rippers out there!

The Ride CL-6 provides enough stiffness to take the freestyle game across the entire mountain. Riders will easily be able to hit jibs and sidehits accurately while still being comfortable to ride them all day.

The C-4 have a lot of flex to them that provides great slow-moving maneuverability and the ability to butter, press, and tweak. Therefore, these are great bindings for park riders and beginners. They don't have much responsiveness to them, so will not be good bindings for more advanced hard chargers who ride with a lot of speed or carve hard. Overall, they're a great deal with good quality and durability!
